terms of service.

i highly suggest to read and familiarize the terms of service before commissioning me.if you have any more questions, please contact the artist/creator by clicking on the links below.these terms apply to art trades as well as commissions.

In terms of payment...

  • the artist/creator have the rights to decline/refuse a commission slot- whether it was a violation of terms of service or not.

  • i only accept DA points, not real money, for commissions. this may be subject to change!

  • i prefer to pay me up front before i could start the drawing to avoid potential scamming.

  • i often finish my artworks within a couple of weeks, maybe even months due to (mostly) non-art stuff to do. if my process takes longer than expected, i will notify you.

  • i will send work in progress screenshots from time to time. i will make sure that once i have sent you the colored sketch, you are allowed to request me for edits and clarifications that are not reflected in the reference; beyond that, i will only accept minor edits.

  • most art trades that i make may include at least 1 chibi drawing of the oc/character provided! please let me know if you don't want to include a chibi doodle of them once i have finished my side of the trade.

In terms of art...

  • you (the customer), have the right to upload the commission towards your personal website, social media, profile pictures, and many more, as long as you link my socials for credit.

  • i will also upload the said artwork to the sites that i am in, as long as you have given permission to me to upload it.

  • i do NOT agree to my works being sold NFTs; they will never be permitted and applied to them in any matter.

  • this also applies to using my artworks as AI fodder. If this term is broken, and you did not remove the "artwork" generated by AI from my artwork as its base, I will not accepting commissions/art trades from you in the future. I may also warn people about this behavior and or potentially add you in my blacklist.

  • claiming the artwork as your own, removing/cropping my signature and watermarks is strictly prohibited.

  • My artworks are for personal, non-commercial use only. Please do not make profit over my artworks or use them as your art examples.

what i can/can't draw.

these might be subject to change.

  • WILL DRAW: humans/humanoids, ship art (oc x canon, oc x oc, etc.), animals (depending on the complexity), very light gore, simplistic backgrounds

  • MIGHT DRAW, BUT WILL TRY: children, old humans/humanoids, (certain) objects, complicated backgrounds, mech/armor, characters with "complicated" designs, ponies, anthropomorphic animals in general

  • WILL NOT DRAW: (sexual) NSFW/fetishy content, heavy gore, bigoted/hateful content, problematic ship art, russia from hetalia
